1. About us
These terms apply to all bookings made with Royal Arabian Safari (“we”, “us”, “our”) through https://www.arabiansafariroyal.com/, WhatsApp (+971 58 228 2683), or email (info@arabiansafariroyal.com). We are a DCT-licensed desert safari operator based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, operating our own camp in the Al Khatim desert.
2. Bookings
Bookings are made through WhatsApp, our website form, or email. Your booking is confirmed once we reply confirming your date, pickup time, and package. No deposit is required. Your seat or vehicle is reserved on confirmation. Please provide an accurate pickup location, a working phone number, and the correct number of guests.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in USD and AED on our website. The price confirmed at booking is the price you pay, no hidden charges. Payment is made to the driver on the day of the tour, in cash or by card. Card payment available. Optional extras (for example, quad biking, dune buggy, VIP seating, or photography) are charged only if you choose them, at the prices shown on our website.
4. Cancellation and rebooking
You may cancel free of charge up to 12 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Message us on WhatsApp to cancel. Cancellations less than 12 hours before pickup, or no-shows, may be charged in full. We will always deal with this fairly and confirm with you. If we have to cancel, for example due to weather, vehicle issues, or government restrictions, you choose: a free rebooking on another date, or a full refund of any amount paid.
5. Pickup and timings
Morning safari pickups start from 5:00 AM. Evening safari pickup times are confirmed at booking and vary by season. Please be ready at your pickup point 10 minutes early. Our driver will message or call you on arrival. Timings may shift slightly due to traffic or weather. We will always keep you informed.
6. Safety and conduct
Desert activities involve adventure driving. Follow your guide’s and driver’s safety instructions at all times, and remain seated with your seatbelt fastened during dune bashing. Guests who are pregnant, have back, neck, or heart conditions, or have had recent surgery should skip dune bashing and tell us in advance so we can plan accordingly. Child seats are available on request. Tell us when you book. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving unsafely or disruptively, without refund.
7. What’s included
Each package page on our website lists exactly what your tour includes. Anything not listed there is not included.
8. Weather and force majeure
Desert weather can change quickly. If conditions make the tour unsafe, we will offer a free rebooking or refund as described in section 4. We are not liable for costs you incur beyond the tour price, such as flights or hotels.
9. Liability
We take your safety seriously and operate with licensed drivers and maintained vehicles. To the extent permitted by UAE law, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the tour. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The version in force at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
