Yes, if your passport allows entry to the UAE. You clear immigration like any arriving passenger and walk out; your onward boarding pass does not keep you airside. Entry rules differ by nationality and change, so confirm yours with your airline or the official UAE channels before you plan.

Eight hours is our working minimum for the 4-hour plan. We meet you about an hour after landing and drop you at departures 3 hours before take-off, so an 8-hour connection leaves 4 hours on the road. Between 7 and 8 hours, send both flight numbers and we tell you honestly whether a short run fits.

Per car, not per person: USD 190 (AED 699) for 4 hours, USD 218 (AED 799) for 6, USD 272 (AED 999) for 8 and USD 354 (AED 1,299) for the 12-hour overnight plan, for up to 7 guests. The Land Cruiser is USD 272, 299, 381 and 463 for the same plans. Seven guests in one car pay about USD 27 each on the 4-hour plan.

Your own car and English-speaking driver, meet and greet inside arrivals, the drive back to departures, fuel, Salik tolls, parking, waiting time, flight tracking, bottled water and a child seat on request. Attraction tickets and lunch are not included: the longer plans have a lunch break, and you pay for your own meal.

No. On the 6, 8 and 12-hour plans we stop for a lunch break of about 30 to 45 minutes at a local restaurant of your choice, and you pay for your own meal there; your driver suggests places for every budget. The 4-hour plan has no sit-down stop, so most guests buy something in Dubai Mall. The tour price covers the car, the driver, fuel, Salik tolls and parking.

For two people with no bags and a generous gap, a shared coach can be cheaper. With three or more guests, luggage, children or any chance of a delay, the private car wins: it leaves when you clear immigration, your bags ride with you, and the route is built around your boarding call.

We track it, and the pickup moves with the aircraft at no charge. If the delay eats the gap, we cancel and you pay nothing.

Inside the arrivals hall of the terminal you land at, with a name board. Your driver also sends his standing point on WhatsApp, so you walk straight to him after customs.

It depends on your passport. Some nationalities get entry on arrival, some need a visa arranged in advance, and eligible Emirates Dubai Connect bookings include a visa. Check your own position early enough to fix a surprise; we are a transport company, not an immigration adviser.

Checked bags tagged through to your final destination stay with the airline. Your carry-on rides locked in our car for the whole tour and the driver hands it back at departures, so there is no storage fee.

Yes, that is the easy case. On one Emirates ticket with a connection under 24 hours, Emirates tags checked bags through, so only your carry-on comes with you and it stays in our car. Confirm the bag tag at check-in.

Yes, if your window covers the evening. The Fountain plays every 30 minutes from 6 PM to 11 PM, so a late departure lets you see it lit with Burj Khalifa behind it.

Not inside. The Museum of the Future closed on 1 September 2026 for a revamp and plans to reopen in 2027, so on a layover you see its building from the road.

Only on a long gap, with a timed ticket booked in advance. Tickets are not included; we arrange them on request, but on a tight layover we usually advise against them because queues are the one thing we cannot drive around.

Yes, at the same price at any hour. The 12-hour overnight plan covers Downtown lit up, the Fountain until 11 PM, the Palm and the Marina, with a rest stop if you want one.

On an overnight or very long gap, yes: our private desert evening starts from USD 190 (AED 699) per car and our camp at Al Awir is 50 to 55 minutes from the city. Send both flight times and we tell you honestly whether it fits.

Yes. Child seats are free on request, and the driver keeps the walking short for grandparents. Wheelchair users are welcome; message us before booking so we plan the right car.
