1. Who we are

Royal Arabian Safari (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates https://www.arabiansafariroyal.com/ and provides desert safari, city tour, and airport layover tour experiences in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are a DCT-licensed tour operator based in Abu Dhabi, operating our own camp in the Al Khatim desert.

2. Information we collect

When you book with us or contact us, we collect: Contact details: your name, phone number, and email address. Booking details: tour date, pickup location, number of guests, package selected, and any special requests (for example, child seats). Messages: the content of messages you send us via WhatsApp, email, or our website form. Website data: basic technical information such as pages visited and device type, collected through cookies (see section 8).

We do not collect or store your card details. Card payments are taken on the day of your tour using a payment terminal; we never see or keep your full card number.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to: confirm and manage your booking, arrange your pickup, and communicate with you before and during your tour; respond to your questions and provide customer support; improve our services and website; send booking confirmations and, only with your permission, occasional offers. You can opt out at any time by messaging us.

4. WhatsApp communication

Most bookings and communication happen over WhatsApp. Messages you send us there are also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy. We use your number only for booking-related communication unless you ask otherwise.

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only when necessary: with our drivers and camp staff, to carry out your booking (pickup details, guest count, special requests); with payment providers, only to process a card payment you authorize; if required by UAE law or a lawful government request.

6. Data security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and limit access to the team members who need it for your booking. We keep booking records only as long as needed for business, accounting, and legal purposes, then delete or anonymize them.

7. Your rights

8. Cookies

Our website uses basic cookies to remember your preferences and understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Our tours welcome families. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children; bookings are always made by an adult.
