Who we areRoyal Arabian Safari Tourism LLC is a UAE tour operator licensed by the Department of Economy and Tourism in Dubai (DET, formerly DTCM) and the Department of Culture and Tourism in Abu Dhabi (DCT). We run six tours: a desert safari, a city tour and an airport layover tour in Dubai, and the same three in Abu Dhabi.

Our story

Founded in Abu Dhabi in 2015

Bilal Ahmed registered Royal Arabian Safari Tourism LLC in Abu Dhabi in 2015 with one Land Cruiser and a plan to run honest, personal desert trips. Today the same company has its own camp in the Al Khatim desert, its own 4×4 fleet, and a full-time team of drivers, hosts and reservation agents.

We now hold a Dubai licence next to our Abu Dhabi one, so a guest in either emirate deals with the same operator, the same pricing rules and the same promise: you pay on the day, after you arrive.

More than 5,000 guests from over 50 nationalities have travelled with us, and our 4.9 Google rating is built on their reviews.

Is Royal Arabian Safari licensed in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi?

Yes. We hold a Dubai licence from the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET, formerly DTCM) and an Abu Dhabi licence from the Department of Culture and Tourism (DCT). Our Dubai tours run under the first and our Abu Dhabi tours under the second.

What tours does Royal Arabian Safari run?

Six: a desert safari, a city tour and an airport layover tour in Dubai, and the same three in Abu Dhabi. The cards at the top of this page link to each one with its starting price.

Are you the tour operator or a reseller?

We are the operator. The camp, the 4×4 fleet, the licensed drivers and the reservation team are ours, so there is no agent between you and the people running your tour.

Where is Royal Arabian Safari based?

Our Abu Dhabi office is at Al Sila Tower, Al Maryah Island, and our Dubai office address is Sharjah Media City (SHAMS), Al Messaned, Al Bataeh, Sharjah, P.O. Box 515000. Our desert camps are in the Al Khatim desert for Abu Dhabi, and at Lahbab and Al Awir for Dubai.

Which areas do you pick guests up from?

Hotel pickup covers all of Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ajman, and we pick up from Sharjah too. Layover tours begin inside arrivals at Dubai or Abu Dhabi airport.

How do I book and pay?

Message us on WhatsApp at +971 58 228 2683 with your date and group size. We confirm the exact price before you commit. There is no deposit and no booking fee, and you pay on the day. You can cancel or move your booking free up to 12 hours before pickup.

Our reservation team, led by Meera Al Zaabi and Salama Al Marri, answers on WhatsApp. We reply in English, Arabic, Hindi and Urdu.
