How do I pay for the airport transfer?
On the day, to the driver. Cash is best; card payments carry an 8 to 10 percent bank charge. There is no deposit.
Can I cancel my Abu Dhabi airport transfer?
Yes, free of charge up to 12 hours before pickup. Bad weather or a cancelled flight means rescheduling or releasing the booking with nothing owed.
Is a private transfer cheaper than a taxi from Abu Dhabi airport?

Do you also drive guests from the hotel back to the airport?

How do I get from Abu Dhabi airport to the city centre?
Three ways. The metered airport taxi from the Terminal A rank, the public bus to the central bus station, or a pre-booked private car. Ours is USD 218 (AED 799) per car for up to 7 guests to any Abu Dhabi city address, with the driver waiting in arrivals and your bags loaded for you. The drive to the Corniche takes 30 to 45 minutes.
Is there a free shuttle from Abu Dhabi airport?
Not for most passengers. Etihad includes a chauffeur for many First and Business tickets, so check your booking first. Everyone else takes the metered taxi, the public bus or a pre-booked private car.
Can you pick me up at Abu Dhabi airport after midnight?
Yes. Pickups run at any hour, because the car is booked to your flight, not to an office timetable. Our team answers on WhatsApp 24/7, and your driver follows the real landing time, so a 2 AM arrival is met the same way as a 2 PM one.
