Is this a safari package?
No. It is a stand-alone camel ride. No dune bashing, no dinner, no show to sit through. You book the ride, we confirm on WhatsApp, and you come to the dunes.
Is it a real ride or one lap?
About one hour on a long desert track. Many camp rides are a short circle of a few minutes. Ours is a proper ride with the camel guide walking the route with you.
Per person or per group?
Per person. USD 109 per adult, USD 82 for ages 3 to 10, and children under 3 ride free. Pickup, if you need it, is a separate per car price.
Who looks after the camel?
A camel guide goes with you for the whole ride. There is no age limit and no weight limit. Tell us who is riding when you book and we plan it around your group.
How do I reach Al Khatim?
Drive in your own car at no extra charge, or we send a 4×4 or Land Cruiser from the city. We send the Google Maps pin on WhatsApp after you book.
Sunrise, sunset or another time?
Your choice. Sunrise is cooler, sunset gives the golden photos, and any other time works too. Tell us the day and hour you want and we confirm it.
