- Exclusive use of the camp. Whether a date can be held for one group only depends on the date. Ask and we will tell you yes or no rather than take a deposit and hope.
- Branded setups, banners, staging or a private sound system. Quoted per event, because the cost is entirely in what you want built.
- Invoicing, purchase orders and payment terms. Our published prices are pay-the-driver-on-the-day. Company invoicing is arranged case by case, so ask before you assume it.
- Very large headcounts. Tell us the number and the date. Capacity on a given evening is a real constraint and we will give you an honest answer rather than a maybe.

Running a group evening so it does not fall apart
Operational, from doing it rather than from a brochure.
One meeting point beats twelve pickups. Every hotel you add to the route adds waiting time for everyone already in the vehicle. A group of thirty collected from one point leaves on time. The same thirty collected from nine hotels does not.
Name one person who owns the headcount. Groups change size in the last forty-eight hours, always. One contact who tells us the final number the day before is worth more than a spreadsheet a month out.
Warn people about the dune bashing before the day. In any group of twenty there is someone with a back problem, someone pregnant and someone who gets motion sick. They need to know it is coming so they can ask for the gentle route or travel straight to camp on the smooth track. Both are free.
Collect dietary requirements in advance. The buffet is fully halal with a full vegetarian and mezze line, so most needs are covered without notice. Severe allergies are not, and we need those in writing before the day.
Decide the finish time before you go. The camp evening has a natural end, but a group always contains people who want to leave early and people who want to stay. If you have booked seats, everyone travels together. If a few people need flexibility, put those few in a private car.
When you should not book us
If you need a guaranteed empty camp on a fixed date and a written contract before you commit, and we cannot confirm exclusivity for that date, book an operator who can. We would rather lose the booking than take it and manage your expectations downward afterwards.

Yes. We use private 4×4 cars of up to 6 guests, with a 7th able to sit, at USD 190 (AED 699) per car, and arrange pickup times for your group.
If we have to cancel, what happens?
A cancellation policy that covers your obligations but not ours is only half a document. Here is our side of it, in writing.
If we have to cancel your booking, for weather, a vehicle issue, or driver illness, we will contact you as soon as we know and rebook you at no charge on the next date that works for you. You pay nothing for the cancelled booking.
If we need to send a different vehicle than the one you booked, we will ask you first rather than turning up in something you did not book.
