Is the price lower if I skip the dune bashing?
No. Dune bashing is included in the package and is optional, so skipping it does not change the package price. You still get the same camp evening.

Yes, for the camp evening. With pregnancy, back or heart problems we advise skipping the dune bashing and we arrange a separate vehicle that goes straight to the camp by road. If you are unsure about travelling, ask your own doctor.
Can babies and toddlers join?
Yes. Children under 3 are free and sit on a parent lap, from age 3 the price is the same as an adult with a proper seat. A child seat is available on request. Strollers can come but sand makes them difficult.
Can grandparents and elderly guests join?
Yes. They can skip the dune bashing and go straight to the camp by road, or you can ask the driver for a gentle drive. The VIP sitting area with table service is a comfortable option at the camp. Wheelchair users need a private car, message us first.
What if I get motion sick?
Skip the dune bashing. The dune ride is the bumpy part, about 15 to 20 minutes, and skipping it means a normal road drive to the camp. Tell us when you book so the right vehicle is arranged.
What is there to do at the camp without dune bashing?
A free camel ride of about 5 minutes, sandboarding, henna, an Arabic costume for photos, a halal BBQ buffet with vegetarian options, and the tanoura, fire and belly dance shows. Every activity is optional. Extras such as shisha and photography are paid.

If we have to cancel, what happens?
A cancellation policy that covers your obligations but not ours is only half a document. Here is our side of it, in writing.
If we have to cancel your booking, for weather, a vehicle issue, or driver illness, we will contact you as soon as we know and rebook you at no charge on the next date that works for you. You pay nothing for the cancelled booking.
If we need to send a different vehicle than the one you booked, we will ask you first rather than turning up in something you did not book.
This is separate from your own cancellation rights, which are unchanged: you can cancel free up to 12 hours before pickup. Because we take no deposit and no booking fee, there is no money of yours sitting with us either way: nothing to chase, and nothing to wait for.
