If we have to cancel, what happens?
A cancellation policy that covers your obligations but not ours is only half a document. Here is our side of it, in writing.
If we have to cancel your booking, for weather, a vehicle issue, or driver illness, we will contact you as soon as we know and rebook you at no charge on the next date that works for you. You pay nothing for the cancelled booking.
If we need to send a different vehicle than the one you booked, we will ask you first rather than turning up in something you did not book.

What the evening looks like on a run sheet
- 15:30–16:00, pickup from your office or hotel, or your coach follows our lead car to the sands.
- 16:30, dune bashing in convoy; nervous colleagues ride with the calmest drivers, adrenaline-seekers get the ridge lines.
- 17:45, camp: camel rides, sandboarding, falcon photos, henna, VIP majlis for the leadership table.
- 19:00, BBQ buffet (veg, non-veg and dietary plates flagged in advance), then belly dance, Tanoura and the fire show.
- 21:00–21:30, convoy back. Morning and full-day corporate formats arranged on request.
Team-building, honestly
Dubai operators sell tug-of-war and sack races beside the dunes. We arrange games on request for private-camp events, but our honest advice after a decade of corporate groups: the desert is the team-building. Shared dune-bashing cars, a camel queue, a sandboard hill and a fire show do more for a team in three hours than a facilitated game does in a ballroom.

Can you handle mixed groups: nervous first-timers and adrenaline seekers?
This is most corporate groups. The convoy splits by appetite: gentler lines for the nervous cars, ridge runs for the brave ones, and nobody is forced onto a camel. Tell us the mix and the drivers are briefed before pickup.
What about dietary requirements?
The buffet always carries veg and non-veg lines; halal is standard. Flag specific needs, vegan, gluten-free, allergies, with the headcount and the camp kitchen plates them separately.
Is alcohol available at the camp?
No, the camp is dry, like the public desert camps across the emirate. Most companies treat this as a feature for a mixed-team event; the evening runs on shows, shisha and firelight instead.
Can we brand the event or add a stage and sound?
On a private buyout, yes, banners, a stage, sound for speeches and awards, and your agenda woven into the evening. Send what you have in mind and the quote covers it line by line.
What happens if the weather turns?
We call it as early as possible, move the group into the covered majlis, or reschedule without penalty. A corporate evening is never run into weather the drivers would not take their own families into.

Can our own coach be used?
Absolutely, your coach follows our lead car to the sands and our 4x4s shuttle the final dune leg. It is the cheapest way to move 50+ people and most schools and large firms do exactly this.
