Minimum spend: there is no fixed published minimum spend — small private events start from 10 guests on the per-person safari rate, and camp buyouts are quoted per event. Extras such as premium menus, extended hours and enhanced AV are quoted separately.
Desert Event FAQs
How many guests can you host?
Up to 500 guests for corporate buyouts and large weddings. Smaller private events start from just 10 guests. Because we own our Al Khatim camp, we can set up the space exactly to your headcount.
How much does a desert event cost?
Pricing depends on guest count, menu and program. Small private celebrations follow a per-person safari rate, while full camp buyouts are quoted per event. Message us on WhatsApp and we will send a tailored quote, usually the same day.
Do you provide catering?
Yes. Live BBQ stations, buffet feasts, canapes and celebration cakes, with vegetarian and vegan options available. Every menu is tailored to your event and your budget.
Can you handle AV, staging and branding?
Yes. We arrange sound systems, stage lighting, LED screens, dance floors and full company branding across the camp, so corporate events look and sound exactly right.
How does the booking process work?
Share your date, guest count and event type on WhatsApp. We send a tailored proposal, confirm your date with no deposit, and you pay on the day of the event.
Do you provide transfers?
Yes. Return 4×4 transfers from anywhere in Abu Dhabi or Dubai are included, with coach options for large groups and school trips.
Can we customize the program?
Completely. Timings, menus, shows, activities and decor are all tailored to your event. Corporate groups can also add team building activities from our corporate desert safari programs.
Do you host events near Dubai too?
Yes. Our own camp is in Al Khatim, Abu Dhabi, and we host events at partner camps near Dubai with the same private setup, entertainment and on-site team.
